Battery Park City (Special Tour)
Battery Park City is located at the southwestern tip of Manhattan along the Hudson River. It was born as a result of a landfill waterfront development project. The World Financial Center, a commercial and business section, is located in the middle of the neighborhood, and there are residential sections on the north and south. The World Financial Center's ground floor and second floor are mainly used as a mall, and a steel-and-glass atrium known as the Winter Garden is in the middle.
